摘要
通过浮选试验、ζ电势和吸附量测定以及红外光谱分析,考察了阴离子型纤维素醚羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和非离子型纤维素醚羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)在赤铁矿和石英分离中的作用效果和机理。试验表明:CMC和HPMC均对赤铁矿有抑制作用,其中阴离子型抑制剂CMC对赤铁矿的抑制能力更强,且在赤铁矿反浮选中有较好的选择性。CMC使矿物表面ζ电势更负,在赤铁矿表面的吸附能力更强。HPMC主要通过氢键作用吸附于赤铁矿表面,而CMC除了氢键外,静电力和化学键合力在吸附中也发挥着重要作用。
The flotation performance and mechanism of two kinds of cellulose ether, anionic cellulose ether carboxy- methyl cellulose (CMC)and non-ionic cellulose ether hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), in the flotation separation of hematite and quartz were studied using flotation tests, ζ potential measurements, adsorption tests and FTIR- DRIR. The results showed that CMC and HPMC both had a depressing effect on the hematite flotation, while CMC had a stronger depressing effect and better selectivity in the reverse flotation of hematite than HPMC. CMC made the potential of mineral surface became more negative and had a higher adsorption capability onto hematite surface. The interaction of HPMC onto the hematite surface was dominant by hydrogen bonding, while the electrostatic and chemical interactions may also play an important role in the adsorption of CMC besides the hydrogen bonding.
