摘要
依据转炉钢渣化学成分特点,选择了以CaO50%-SiO2 10%-MgO10%-Fe2O3 30%四元简单合成渣系作为试验基础渣系,向其中加入0~18%的SiO2改性,研究了SiO2增加量与钢渣自粉化率的关系。结果表明,较佳SiO2增加量应该在8%~12%左右,即转炉钢渣的二元碱度值为2.5左右,此时0.154mm以下钢渣粉化率能达到94.33%,钢渣自粉化效果较好。
Based on the characteristics of chemical compositions of steel slags, CaO-SiO2-MgO-Fe2O3 slag was chose as four simple synthetic slag acting as experimental basic slag system, Adding 0 - 18 % SiO2 as modifier to basic slag, The relationship between the increase of SiO2 content and the rate of pulverized steel slag was studied. The research results show that, When adding 8% - 12% SiO2,The basicity of actual converter steel slag(R) is about 2. 5, 100 mesh is more than 94. 33% ,the slag pulverization effect is best.
