中国科技核心期刊跌倒护理相关研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on related nursing researches of falling down in CSTPCD

目的对我国跌倒相关护理文献进行文献计量学分析，以了解近年来跌倒护理研究的现况。方法检索中文数据库跌倒相关护理文献，应用词频统计分析的文献计量学方法对文献年代、作者、机构、期刊分布、科研基金赞助情况等进行分析。结果共纳入435篇文献，结果显示文献量逐年递增趋势明显，研究主体以医院为主，非随机对照试验较多，研究热点集中于老年人群、医院患者、风险评估及管理模式等。结论跌倒相关护理研究已受到重视，但其研究的广度、深度和研究质量还有待提高。

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis on the related nursing researches of falling down, to know the situation of nursing research related to falling down in recent years. Methods We collected nursing literature related to falling down in Chinese database, and used word frequency statistical analysis to analyze the publication years, authors, institutions, periodicals distribution, funding, etc. Results Totally 435 studies were included, and the resuh showed that the papers are increasing year by year; hospitals are the research subject; the number of non-randomized controlled trials are large; and the research highlights are focusing on the elderly, hospital patients, risk assessment and management model, etc. Conclusions Nursing researches related to falling down has been taken seriously, however, the breadth, depth and the study quality should be improved.
