老年白内障患者心理情绪及并发症的护理干预效果分析

目的分析护理对老年白内障患者心理情绪及并发症的干预效果。方法收集2014年11月-2015年11月收治的老年白内障患者90例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各45例，两组患者均行超声乳化白内障手术。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上予以综合性护理。对比分析两组老年白内障患者护理干预前后SAS评分与SDS评分变化、并发症、治疗依从性、满意度。结果护理干预3d后，观察组SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组前房出血率（2．22％）低于对照组的13．33％（X^2=3．873，P=0．049），角膜水肿率（4．44％）低于对照组的17．78％（X^2=4．050，P=0．044），前房渗出率（2．22％）低于对照组的13．33％（X^2=3．873，P=0．049），角膜炎率（2．22％）低于对照组的13．33％（X^2=3．873，P=0．049）；观察组饮食合理、规律用药、情绪稳定率均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论有效的护理干预能够舒缓老年白内障患者的不良情绪，降低并发症发生几率，提高患者治疗的依从性。促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of nursing on psychological mood and complications in patients with senile cataract.Methods Totally 90 cases of senile cataract patients admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and assigned into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in two groups all underwent ultrasonic emulsification cataract surgery. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine Care. The score of self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and depression self rating scale （SDS）, complications, treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree of senile cataract patients in two groups before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results Three days after nursing intervention, the SDS score and SAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05） ; the anterior chamber bleeding rate in the observation group （2.22%） was lower than that in the control group （ 13.33% ） （ ~2 = 3. 873, P = 0. 049） ; the eorneal edema rate was 4.44% in the observation group, which was lower than 17.78% in the control group （X^2= 4.050,P=0. 044） ; the anterior chamber exudation rate was 2.22% in the observation group, and it was lower than 13.33% in the control group （X^2= 3.873,P = 0.049） , the keratitis rate was 2.22% in the observation group,which was lower than 13.33% in the control group （X^2= 3.873,P= 0.049）; in the observation group, the reasonable diet, regular medication, and emotional stability rate were all superior than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Effective nursing interventions can relieve the negative emotions of elderly cataract patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients＇ treatment compliance, and promote patients＇ recovery.
