高校党委在构建中国特色现代大学制度体系中推进依法治校的实践研究

On the Construction of Modern University System with Chinese Characteristics by Party Committee of University to Manage the University by Law

近年来,法治中国的一系列顶层设计,特别是国家对依法治校提出的要求,对于负责发挥领导核心作用、把握学校发展方向、办好人民满意教育的高校党委在依法构建大学制度体系上提出了高标准的要求。本文力求通过对中国特色现代大学制度的发展方向和高校党委在创建中国特色现代大学制度体系中的定位的研究,来探索高校党委如何在构建中国特色现代大学制度体系中推进依法治校,不断破解工作中的实际问题,办好人民满意的大学。

Abstract： The top layer design of China put forward the requirements of managing university affairs according to law in recent years.The Party committee of university which acts as the core of leadership should grasp the direction of the development in order to run the satisfactory education for the people.So managing university affairs according to law puts forward high standards of the Party committee of university.The author explores the construction of modern university system with Chinese characteristics by the Party committee to manage the university by law through the research of the development direction of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics and the orientation of the Party committee of university to solve practical problems in the work and run the satisfactozy education for the people.
