Green Development Evaluation of Key Ecological Function Areas Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation——A Case Study of Pingyi County,Shandong Province

绿色化评价是促进重点生态功能区发展的一个重要方面。绿色化发展是新常态下经济发展的新任务、推进生态文明建设的新要求,是我国解决当前环境与经济之间矛盾的重要举措。绿色化发展可以理解为发展的绿色化,将发展放在首要位置,在发展过程中尽量减少生态破坏和环境污染,通过推行新的经济发展理念与方式带动环境的改善。

Greenness evaluation is an important aspect to promote the development of key ecological function areas. Green development is a new mission of the economic development in the new normal and the new requirement of promoting ecological construction. It is also an important measure taken to dissolve the conflict between environmental protection and economic development. Green development stresses the primary position of development in the course of which ecological damage and environmental pollution must be reduced to the greatest degree and new notions and modes of economic development should be taken advantage of to promote environmental improvement.
