摘要
目的为了解决通廊稳定性不足等问题,找出巩固通廊的优化方案.方法对运输通廊结构进行现场检测,采用增大截面法制定三种加固方案,运用PKPM对通廊进行模拟计算,对比加固方案后通廊的内力、应力比和长细比的变化.结果通廊杆件锈蚀严重,承载力不足,部分杆件已变形.对比加固后的通廊进行分析:方案一对上下弦杆加固,加固后上弦杆内力减小31%,下弦杆内力减少25%;方案二对顶面桁架和底面桁架加固,加固后顶面桁架应力比减小23%,底面桁架应力比减少17%;方案三对上弦杆、顶面桁架和底面桁架进行加固,加固后上弦杆内力减小21.7%,顶面桁架应力比减小18.1%,底面桁架应力比减小13.9%.结论三个方案都能使结构更稳定,经对比分析可知,采用方案三可以使结构最平稳,承载力最高,故选方案三加固.
In order to solve the problem of insufficient stability of corridor, find out the optimiza- tion scheme of consolidation corridor. This paper firstly demonstrates the field measurement of transport corrider structure. And then it describes three kinds of reinforcement scheme developed by enlarging section method. Moreover, it uses PKPM to simulate the corridor, and makes compari- son with reinforcement internal force, stress ratio and slenderness ratio change. A bar of serious corrosion ,bearing capacity, deformation has been part of the bar. Comparison analysis after rein- forcement gallery:The program used increasing cross-section reinforced chords and bottom chord of corridor structure. Chords axial force decreased by 31% on average, Bottom chords axial force decreased by 25% on average. The other program used increasing cross-section reinforced the top surface of the truss and underside of truss. The top surface of the truss stress ratio decreased by 23% on average,Underside of truss stress ratio decreased by 17% on average. The third program is simultaneously reinforcement chords, the top surface of the truss and underside of truss, so chords axial force decreased by 21.7% on average. The top surface of the truss stress ratio de-creased by 18.1% on average. Underside of truss stress ratio decreased by 13, 9% on average. Three programs can make structure more stable, but the analysis of the three options is the third program stability higher than others, so choice the third program.
