摘要
青光眼是一种常见的获得性视神经疾病,青光眼视神经损伤是以视网膜神经节细胞凋亡为基本病理基础,但其具体机制尚不明了.有证据表明小胶质细胞及抗体和补体成分在青光眼的视神经损伤过程中扮演重要角色,对小胶质细胞及抗体和补体成分如何导致视网膜神经节细胞凋亡进行了解很有必要.
Glaucoma is a common acquired optic nerve disease.The apoptosis of retinalganglion cells is the pathological basis of glaucoma optic nerve injury. But its specific mechanism is still unknown.There is plenty of evidence that microglia and antibody components play an important role in the process of glaucoma optic nerve injury. This paper mainly focused on the microglial cells and antibody components leads to apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells.
