The diversity of B cell memory

机体可产生多种类型的记忆B细胞,常见的是经由生发中心产生的长寿命浆细胞和记忆B细胞,还有非依赖生发中心产生的记忆B细胞,以及TI-B记忆细胞.不同类型的记忆B细胞无论在产生路径、BCR类型还是在归巢部位方面均存在差异.这些差异可由抗原性质所决定,也可能是因免疫记忆过程中固有机制在发挥作用.通过对记忆B细胞产生路径、类型及归巢位置等方面进行探索,可更好地了解B细胞记忆形成过程的细节,才能为研制出更有效、更安全的疫苗提供先机.

There is distinct memory B cells,varying in immunoglobulin isotype,location,and passage through the germinal center.It contain GC memory B cell,LLPC,GCi-memory B cell and TI-memory B cell.Some of this variation is due to the nature of the antigen,and some appears to be inherent to the process of forming memory.Only better understanding the details of memory forming process,may it provide opportunities to develop more effective and safer vaccines.
