摘要
目的探讨"零缺陷"管理理念在运行护理文书质量改进中的可行性。方法采集2015年7月至12月手术病区732份住院患者运行护理文书设为观察组,融入"零缺陷"管理理念,实施自控-他控-科控三级控制,与本病区2015年1月至6月688份实施自控-科控的护理文书质量进行对比。结果观察组护理文书质量缺陷184频次,显著低于对照组2019频次,体温单缺陷由898频次降至23频次,护理记录单缺陷由400频次降至36频次,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);他控环节审核护理文书消耗有效工作时间增加,科控环节审核护理文书消耗有效工作时间减少(P=0.039)。结论运用"零缺陷"管理理念,针对缺陷产生的原因,制定全面的控制措施,能够不断提高护士护理文书书写能力,减少护理文书的书写缺陷发生。
Objective To Discuss the feasibility of "Zero Defect" management philosophy in running quality improvement of nursing documents. Methods Choosing 732 patients in surgical ward from July to December in 2015 to run nursing documents as observation group, assimilating the "zero defect" management philosophy, and using implement self-control - his control - control - three controlling subjects, which is in contrast to the quality of nursing Documents in 688 patients from January to June in 2015. Results The frequency of quality defects of nursing documents in observation group is 184, which is obviously lower than the control group (2019) defects caused by the temperature chart dropped from 898 to 23, defects in nursing records dropped from 400 to 36, there are significant differences between the groups. (P〈D. 001) The effective working time of reviewing nursing documents increases, while the other group decreases. (P= 0. 039) . Conclusion The effect of "Zero defect" management philosophy in running quality improvement of nursing documents is significant, but it increases the effective working time of nurses.
