集束化护理预防白血病患者PICC置管并发症的效果

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Prevention of PICC Catheter Complications in Patients with Leukemia

目的分析集束化护理在预防白血病患者PICC置管并发症中的效果。方法选取某院2015年行PICC置管的92例急性白血病患者,所有患者均符合急性白血病诊断标准,按照护理方法的不同将患者分为两组,对照组45例患者采用常规PICC护理方法;观察组47例患者在对照组基础上采用集束化护理。比较两组患者PICC并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者PICC置管感染(4.26%)、静脉炎(2.13%)、皮肤过敏(4.26%)、局部渗血(2.13%)、导管脱落及堵管(2.13%)的发生率均明显低于对照组患者PICC置管感染(26.67%)、静脉炎(22.22%)、皮肤过敏(22.22%)、局部渗血(26.67%)、导管脱落及堵管(24.44%)的发生率,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在白血病患者PICC导管维护中具有重要的应用价值,可有效降低PICC置管并发症的发生。?

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursingin preyenting thecomplications of PICC in patients with leukemia. Methods In our hospital in January 2015 - 2015 December PICC placement tube of 92 cases of acute leukemia patients, all patients are in line with the diagnosis standard of acute leukemia, in accordance with the nursing methods of different patients were divided into two groups, control group of 45 patients with conventional PICC nursing method; observation group 47 cases in the control group based on the use of cluster based nursing. The incidence of PICC complications was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group patientswith PICC catheter infection （4.26%）, phlebitis （2. 13%）, skin allergies （g. 26%）, local infiltration of blood （2. 13%）, catheter loss, and the plugging of （2. 13%） incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group of patients with PICC catheter infection （26. 67%）, phlebitis （22. 22%）, skin allergies （22. 22%）, local bleeding （26. 67%）, catheter loss and plugging incidence （24. 44%）, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing care has an important application value in the maintenance of PICC catheter in patients with leukemia, which can effectively reduce the incidence of PICC catheter complications.
