Key Construction Technology of Steel Structure in Xiamen International Center

摘要 厦门国际中心主塔楼高度为339.88m,主体结构由外框矩形钢管混凝土柱框架、避难层桁架及混凝土核心筒共同形成主要受力体系。针对厦门国际中心钢结构施工技术进行了研究和探讨,采用柱脚支撑架支撑钢柱脚安装,其最大变形和最大应力均足设计要求。钢柱采用吊装和安装耳板辅助安装,通过螺栓将连接夹板与安装耳板进行临时连接。自行设计和使用了一种钢结构翻身支座,可辅助巨型钢柱进行90°翻身且受力均匀,避免了较大晃动冲击塔吊。钢板剪力墙通过钢扁担采用两吊点或多吊点进行吊装,纵横双向加劲板和竖直方向连接板的设置提高了安装精度。这些技术措施有效地保证了厦门国际中心钢结构工程的安装精度、工程质量和施工安全。 The height of the main tower of Xiamen International Center is 339.88 m.The main structural system composes of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular column of outline border,truss of refuge floor and concrete core tube.The construction technology of steel structure in Xiamen International Center is studied and discussed in this paper.The steel column footing is installed by support bracing.The maximum deformation and the maximum stress meet the design requirement.The steel column adopts hoisting and installing lug to assist installing,and the bolts are applied as temporary connection between clamp plate and installing lug.A steel tumble bearing is utilized for assisting the giant steel column to 90 degree turning over.This also avoids huge shaking impact on the tower crane.The steel plate shear wall makes use of steel shoulder beam to hoisting by two or multiple suspension points,which set vertical and horizontal stiffening plates and vertical connecting plates.All the above technical measures effectively ensure the installation accuracy,project quality and construction safety of the steel structure project of Xiamen International Center.
