摘要
针对区域内不同时段的用电负荷带来巨大压力的问题,该文利用智能能量管理系统(SEMS)优化电网调度,将SEMS连接储能系统、分布式电网、供电部门和用电负载。通过设定分布式电网与SEMS综合配给电能和尽可能的利用当地区内的储存系统电能两种策略,对储能系统按照时间周期跨多个步骤进行优化,结合启发式算法对用电负荷矢量模块进行优化,实现用电功率负载管理。运用智能能量管理系统对24 h内的区域用电负载进行实验,结果表明:在两种策略的共同调度下,SEMS提供了一个最优用电负载平衡微调度。同时,其用电负荷节能率分别为5.66%和17.40%。
Enormous pressure on the region's electricity load for different time problems, the present study the use of smart energy management systems (SEMS) to optimize power grid dispatching the SEMS connected energy storage system, distributed power grid, the electricity sector, and electricity loading. By setting the distribution grid and SEMS comprehensive rationing of electricity and electrical energy storage system as much as possible the use of two strategies of local area, according to the time period of the energy storage system across multiple steps to optimize the combination of heuristic algorithm on load vector module is optimized to achieve electric power load management. The use of smart energy management systems for regional electrical loads within 24 h experimental results show that: the joint scheduling two strategies, SEMS provides an optimal load balancing electricity micro- scheduling. Meanwhile, the electricity load energy saving rate were 5.66% and 17.40% respectively.
