海上平台天然气压缩机串联运行防喘振改造

摘要 海上气田开发后期,为进一步挖掘气藏潜能,需要串联运行天然气压缩机以降低井口压力。为配套串联运行改造需要升级天然气压缩机转子,但升级改造后原6 in防喘振阀不能满足压缩机转子升级后的防喘振功能,而将8 in回流阀改造为既具有回流控制功能又具有防喘振控制功能后可解决上述问题。经过实际测试证明,8 in回流阀改造后满足了压缩机转子升级后的防喘振控制要求。介绍了压缩机防喘振控制、回流控制、防喘振总体改造方案、回流阀执行器的改造、改造方案的实施效果等内容。 In order to further explore the potential of gas reservoirs in the later phase development of offshore gas field, the natural gas compressors need to be connected in series to reduce the wellhead pressure. The rotor of the natural gas com- pressor needs to be upgraded. But after the natural gas compressor rotor is upgraded, the original 6 inch anti-surge valve cannot satisfy anti-surge control requirement. Therefore 8 inch recycle valve reconstruction not only possesses existing backflow control function, but also anti-surge control functions, thus solves the problem. The performance test shows that the reconstructed 8 inch recycle valve meets the requirement of anti-surge control of the upgraded compressor rotor.
