摘要
目前国内外大多数天然气管道泄漏检测仪都是近距离检测的,要求把探头置于燃气可能泄漏的环境中,探头与燃气需要直接接触,因此危险性很大;另外在人工实际巡检过程中经常也会遇到难以满足这些检测条件的情况,而应用移动激光甲烷遥测仪可以弥补传统检测技术的不足。介绍了移动激光甲烷遥测仪的工作原理、结构及特点,分析了激光遥测技术的优势,针对不同情况的燃气管道进行燃气泄漏检测试验。试验结果表明,移动激光甲烷遥测仪具有检测精度高(检测质量分数可达10-6以下)、响应速度快(0.01 s)、可遥测(30 m)等优点,可以对传统仪器无法检测的管网设施燃气泄漏进行方便、快捷、准确的检测,在解决燃气泄漏难题方面具有独特的优势,是现有检测仪器的有效补充。
The sensors of most domestic natural gas pipeline leakage detectors are required to be placed in the environment with possible gas leakage, therefore it has great risk. Sometimes, the actual detection condition does not meet the re- quirement. The portable remote methane leak detector can solve this problem. The working principle, structure, feature and technical advantages of this detector are introduced in this paper. The detections are carried out for different fuel pipelines. The results show that the portable remote methane leak detector possesses the advantages of high accuracy ( less than 104 in mass fraction), quick response time (0.01 s) and long telemetry distance (30 m ). It can imple- ment convenient, quick and accurate gas leakage detection for pipeline network equipment where conventional detectors are difficult to approach.
