摘要
利用ANSYSY对活塞杆与中间拉杆进行实体建模,并以特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析以及欧拉公式对活塞杆与中间拉杆进行稳定性分析求解临界载荷。结果表明,特征值屈曲分析与欧拉公式设计计算的临界载荷结果基本一致,而非线性屈曲分析结果较小。计算结果具有一定的指导意义,也为结构的设计改进和优化奠定基础。
The stability of middle tie rod and the piston rod was calculated and analyzed to provide the basis for the actual design calculation and the prediction of the critical load of the component. The solid modeling of the piston rod and the middle tie rod was set up by ANSYSY; and the critical load was found by using the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis as well as the Euler formula to analyze the stability of the piston - rods and middle tie rod. The results showed that the critical load result from the eigenvalue buckling analysis was basically consistent with that calculated by the Euler formula, while smaller than that from the nonlinear buckling analysis. The results have guidance meaning to practical application, and also lays theoretical foundation for the structure improvement and the optimization design.
