摘要 根据铰接式履带车转向系统的工作原理,在Recur Dyn软件和AMESim软件中分别建立履带车的虚拟样机和转向系统的液压系统;通过两种软件的对接,实现履带车转向系统的机械-液压联合仿真。运用联合仿真方法,分析了履带车原地转向时转向液压缸的液压特性变化情况。通过试验验证,试验数据与仿真结果非常接近;表明联合仿真模型的可靠性,为后期系列产品的设计制造提供可靠数据。 The virtual prototype and the hydraulic steering system were established on the platform of RecurDyn software and AMESim software, according to the working principle of steering system of articulated tracked vehicle. It can realize combined mechanical-hydraulic simulation of the steering system on this platform. Hydraulic characteristics change of steering hydraulic cylinder was analyzed as the tracked vehicle pivot steering by the co-simulation technology. Experiment showed that the simulation results were consistent with the experimental results, and the model provided a reliable basis for later design and manufacture of series of products.
