摘要 为了研究烟草烤房内部热空气流场特性,提出了基于CFD烤房热空气循环的假设,建立其在热对流及热传导工作过程中的数值计算模型,采用流体计算软件Fluent结构化网格对烘烤工作过程及流场动力学特性进行了动态模拟仿真。结果表明,对烤房结构进行优化后,其装烟室内部温度分布均匀度得到了提高,水平面温差减小0.19℃,垂直面温差减小1.49℃。 In order to study the characteristics of hot air flow field inside of the curing barn, put forward the assumption of hot air circulation in the curing barn based on CFD, and establish the numerical calculation model of the heat convection and heat conduction model in the working. The process of baking and its flow dynamic characteristics was simulated using software Fluent. Results showed that the uniformity of temperature distribution internal the curing barn was improved after optimizing the structure of curing barn, the difference of water temperature decreased 0. 19 ℃ and vertical temperature decreased 1.49 ℃.
