摘要
针对车削加工中工人对于小型零件轴直径的测量问题,提供了一种基于虚拟仪器的自动化车削轴直径的测量方法。结合机床车削加工的特征,搭建加工轴直径测量系统,利用美国NI公司的软件开发平台Lab VIEW进行系统软件界面的开发及图形处理功能的实现。硬件结构包括工作台、数字千分尺、单片机采集仪和PC机,软件结构包括数据采集模块、显示模块、分析模块等。实验结果表明,该测量系统具有操作简单、开发周期短、测量结果准确等优点。通过对该轴径测量系统的设计,为以后机床加工中自动化测量研究打下基础。
In order to solve the problem of manual measurement of the diameter of small parts in turning process, we put forward an automatic measurement method based on virtual instrument. We established a shaft diameter measurement system, and developed the software interface and realized the graphic processing function with LabVIEW. The hardware of the system included a work platform, digital micrometers, an SCM acquisition instrument and a PC. The software of the system included date acquisition module, display module, analysis module, etc. Experiment results showed that, the system was easy to operate, fast to develop, and accurate in measurement. The system has laid foundation for further study on automatic measurement in lathe machining.
