摘要 水稻联合收割机机架是整机的关键部件,是其它部件的定位、安装基础,其设计质量关系到整机的使用和制造。基于ANSYS Workbench环境对水稻收割机机架进行模态分析,提取其前6阶固有频率及振型,并对振动特性进行研究,针对机架可能产生共振的固有频率下,变形严重部位局部优化后再进行模态分析。对比前后分析数据,表明改进后的机架振动特性优于原始结构的振动特性,改进后的机架结构更合理。分析结果将为机架结构的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断以及结构动态特性的优化设计提供理论依据。 The frame of rice combine is the key part of the whole machine, whose design quality is related to the use and manufacture of the whole machine. Modal analysis of rice combine frame was done based on ANSYS Workbench. Natural frequency and mode shape of the front six order were researched, aimed at the frame may produce resonance under the natural frequency, severely damaged parts were optimized and modal analyzed. By the comparison of the two analysis results, showed that the vibration characteristic of the frame is better than the original structure, and the improved frame structure is more reasonable. The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the vibration characteristic analysis, fault diagnosis and optimal design of dynamic characteristics of the frame.
