摘要
针对航天某装置对高温高压燃气进行流量控制的要求,设计了耐高温高压的电磁阀。采用经验公式与有限元分析相结合的方法对高温燃气电磁阀的电磁铁进行设计以提高其电磁推力和动态性能。最后通过试验进行测试验证,电磁推力满足电磁阀的要求,为工程技术人员进行同类产品的研制提供了可借鉴的方法。
A high temperature and high pressure solenoid valve is designed according to the requirement of high temperature and high pressure gas flow control of an aerospace device. The electromagnet of high temperature gas solenoid valve is designed to improve the electromagnetic force and dynamic performance using empirical formula and finite element analysis method. At last, the test is carried out to verify that the electromagnetic force meets the requirements of the solenoid valve. This design provides a reference method of the development of similar products for engineers and technicians.
