摘要
针对传统工业通信方式传输速率低、网络建设复杂、维护困难等缺点,提出了一种基于宽带电力线载波的工业智能控制节点设计方案。该方案由工业智能控制主节点、若干工业智能控制从节点以及低压电力线通信网络组成。主节点采用美国高通公司的QCA6411芯片,可集中、汇聚、中继转发从节点采集的工业环境、设备状态等信息,具有工业信息网关的作用,可实现200 Mbps的吞吐量。从节点以QCA7000芯片为MCU,以电力线载波通信模块为载体,结合RS485、RS232、Zigbee、红外、蓝牙以及各类传感器等通信方式,可采集工厂温湿度、气压、热量、设备信息、工作状态等数据,在接收到上位机管控命令时,从节点将采集的实时数据经主节点集中汇聚后,上传至工业控制上位机存储、分析和管理。介绍了主节点、从节点的硬件设计方法、组网结构和软件程序流程图,为工业智能控制系统的实时交互、在线管理和安全监测点明了一种新的思路。
A design scheme of industrial intelligent control node based on broadband power line carrier is proposed aiming at these shortcomings such as low transmission rate, complex network and difficult maintenance in traditional industrial communication. This scheme consists of an industrial intelligent host control node, some slave control nodes and low voltage power line communication network. QCA6411 chip is used in the host node which can centralize, converge, relay information collected by slave nodes. It acts as an industrial information gateway which can achieve 200 Mbps throughput. QCA7000 chip is the MCU of the slave node which collects temperature and humidity, air pressure, heat, equipment information and other data of factory. Slave nodes transmit the collected data to the host node when receiving the control orders from the upper computer to store, analysis and manage. Hardware design method, network structure and software program flow chart of the host node and the slave nodes are described. The scheme provides a new idea for real - time interaction, management online and safe monitoring in the industrial intelligent control system.
