摘要
从实际情况出发,针对1Cr13马氏体不锈钢方形水管手工电弧焊拼装焊接扭曲变形大和焊缝裂纹倾向严重这一问题进行焊接工艺的改进研究。通过技术资料分析和实践操作探讨,解决了1Cr13马氏体不锈钢拼装焊接所存在的这一问题。通过改进工艺措施,焊后扭曲变形控制在3 mm以内,焊缝渗透检测合格率达100%,符合设备要求的使用性能。
Manual arc welding process of 1Crl3 stainless steel square pipe was improved, aiming at its large distorted deformation and serious weld crack tendency. Through the analysis of technical data and practice operation, this problem which the welding assembly of 1Crl3 martensitic stainless steel exists was solved. Using the improved process, the welding distortion is less than 3 mm,the qualified rate of weld penetration detection 100% , which can meet the practical performance of equipment requirements.
