摘要
以在役Q345钢、埋弧焊焊缝金属为研究对象,进行了拉伸性能和断裂韧性测试,并进行了试验数据的分析研究。结果表明:材料当前的拉伸性能、条件断裂韧性的数值和不同概率水平下的最小断裂韧性值;Q345钢的抗拉强度要高于埋弧焊焊缝金属;埋弧焊焊缝金属的屈强比高于Q345钢,这预示着其抵抗局部应力偶然过载的能力较低。引入数学方法分析材料的断裂韧性,是必要可行的。
Taking the Q345 steel and submerged arc weld seam metal in service as the research objects, tensile properties and fracture toughness tests were carried out, and the research of the experimental data were conducted. The tensile property of the current material, the conditional fracture toughness and the minimum fracture toughness at different probability levels were showed. Results reflected that the tensile strength of the Q345 steel is higher than that of the submerged arc weld metal, the yield strength ratio of the submerged arc weld metal is higher than that of the Q345 steel,which indicates the ability of submerged arc weld metal to resist local stress overload is lower. It is necessary and feasible to introduce the mathematical method to analyze the fracture toughness of the material.
