摘要
以某炼油工程20 000m^3气罐为例,介绍了大型气罐焊接和安装工程质量控制。对安装过程中出现的焊接应力、安装变形、下沉、垂直度偏差等问题进行了分析和讨论。指出,采取质量控制措施,减小焊接和安装过程中出现的焊接应力和安装变形,能够保证气罐的各项性能指标达到设计和工艺要求。
Taking the 20 000m3 gas tank of a refinery project as an example, the welding and installation quality control of large gas tank is introduced. The welding stress, deformation, subsidence and verticality deviation appearing in the installation process are analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that, to take quality control measures and reduce welding stress and installation deformation can ensure the performance indexes of the gas tank to meet the design and technology requirements.
