Design of Switching Power Supply Based on Active Clamp

摘要 单端正激是50W^500WDC/DC变换器的主要应用拓扑。本文介绍的有源箝位技术是应用于该拓扑中的一种变压器磁芯复位技术,其特点是应用简单且性能最佳。它可以实现开关管的ZVS,降低开关的电压应力,提高占空比范围并减少EMI。采取同步整流技术可以极大地降低输出整流二极管的导通损耗。两者组合在一起可以有效地改善变换器的转换效率。本文详细阐述了有源箝位正激电路的工作原理,并基于有源箝位和同步整流技术设计制作了一款80W(8 V/10 A)开关电源,转换效率可达92%以上,并给出了详细的实验结果。 Single-ended forward is the main topology of 50 - 500W DC-DC converter. Active clamp technique is one of transformer core reset technique used in this topology, which has good performance and easy using. The ZVS of switch transistor is implemented and the voltage stress of switch transistor is decreased. The range of duty cycle is increased and EMI is reduced. The conduction loss of the output rectifier diode is greatly decreased based on synchronous rectification and conversion efficiency is improved. The principle of the singe-ended forward circuit of active clamp is analyzed and an 80W switching power supply is designed based on active clamp and synchronous recti- fication technique. The conversion efficiency is above 92% and the test result is given.
