摘要
介绍了首钢水钢氧气能源介质的平衡情况，针对氧气生产中放散率偏高的问题．结合现状分析找出影响氧气放散的因素，通过制定并实施一系列的控制措施，有效降低了氧气放散率．提高了企业综合经济效益。
The balance between supply and demand of oxygen in Shuigang is introduced. In view of the problem of high release ratio of oxygen in oxygen production, influence factors of oxygen release ratio are found by situation analysis. A series of control measures are made and put into use so that the release ratio of oxygen decreases and the overall economic benefit of my enterprise increases.
