时水钢煤焦化净化一区HPF法脱硫工艺终端产品硫膏的生产、销售及安全环保因素进行了分析，对内分式熔硫釜生产工艺及技术进行研究和运用，解决了HPF法脱硫工艺生产硫膏带来的一系列问题。

Production, sales, safety and environmental protection about sulfur cream which is the final product in HPF sulfurization process in No.1 purification area in Coking Company of Shuigang are analyzed. Internal-separation sulfur melting kettle technology is studied and applied so that a series of problems arising from sulfur cream production in HPF sulfurization process are solved.
