高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观落地研究——以北京财贸职业学院为例

高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观既有作为高校的共性,也有自身发展的特殊性。由于高职学生思想行为、高职人才培养以及高职特色职业素养养成的特点,高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,必须采取"拿来主义"的态度,既要学习高校践行社会主义核心价值观的有效做法,也要结合高职院校的特点。北京财贸职业学院针对财经类高职院校学生特点、人才培养特点等提出"财贸素养"这一高职院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的新做法,并通过具体制度、政策、活动固化载体创新成果,循序渐进,真正做到社会主义核心价值观不仅落地还要让师生对社会主义核心价值观内化于心、固化于制、外化于行。

Because of the characteristics of the higher vocational college Students＇ thought behavior, the higher vocational talents training and the higher vocational education, it is necessary to adopt the attitude of ＂bring the principle＂ to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. It is not only to study the effective practice of the university to practice the socialist core values, but also to combine the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. In view of the characteristics of financial vocational college students, the characteristics of personnel training, BCFC put forward the ＂financial literacy＂ of the vocational colleges to cultivate and practice the socialist core values of the new approach. And through specific systems, policies, activities, innovation carrier curing results, step by step, truly let the core values of socialism not only landed, but also let teachers and students of the socialist core values internalized in the heart, solidification in the system, externalization in theaction.
