摘要
基于兰姆波的诊断图像法直观地展现了结构的健康状况。该文通过损伤参数(位置、形状、方向、严重程度)与兰姆波信号特征(飞行时间,信号强度)的联系,研究开发了一种新颖的诊断图像法,并基于传感器网络对结构健康状况进行监测。采用有限元仿真与实验研究两种手段对有裂纹的铝板进行诊断。其成像结果具有较高的精度,证明了本方法的可行性。
The d of the structure. In damage parameters iagnostic imaging technique based on ultrasonic Lamb wave can show visually the healthy status this study, a novel diagnostic imaging technique was developed based on the correlation between (location, shape, orientation and severity) and Lamb waves signal features (time-of-flight, signhal intensity). The structural health was monitored with the assistance of an active sensor network. Both FE simulation and experimental study were conducted to examine a through-thickness crack in an aluminium plate. The diagnostic results have shown high accuraey, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
