陕西农业社会化服务体系的建立及优化研究

On the Establishment and Optimization of Shaanxi Agricultural Socialized Service System

健全的农业社会化服务体系是推进农村改革与现代农业发展的重要保障。目前,陕西农业社会化服务的多元服务主体虽已形成,但仍存在诸如体制不健全、能力有限、服务不全面等问题。健全公益性服务体系,加强农村合作社、龙头企业等社会组织服务能力建设,强化金融与信息服务则是构建陕西新型农业社会化服务体系的有效途径。

The perfect agricultural socialized service system is an important guarantee for promoting the rural reform and modern agriculture development. At present, Shaanxi has basically formed multiple service subjects,but there are also some problems existing in the system,ability and service area. Therefore,perfecting public warfare service system, enhancing the service ability construction of social organizations such as rural cooperatives and leading enterprises, strengthening financial and information services are the effective ways to construct the new agriculture socialized service system in Shaanxi province.
