我国钢铁行业产能利用率测度、地区差异及成因研究

Research on the Rate of Capacity Utilization,the Regional Differences and Causes of Steel Industry in China

依据2004—2013年我国各省钢铁行业的有关数据,在使用生产函数法的基础上,测度出我国东、中、西部地区钢铁行业的产能利用率。实证研究的结果表明:我国钢铁行业存在着严重的产能过剩,并呈现出周期性变化。同时,针对造成产能过剩的深层次原因提出了相应的政策建议。

Based on the statistic data of steel industry in various provinces from 2004 to 2013,the utilization rates in steel industry in eastern, central and western regions of China have been measured by means of production function method. The results show：that there is a serious overcapacity in the steel industry, revealing a periodical variation. At the same time, analyzing the deep - seated cause of overcapacity, the essay provides some relevant policy.
