摘要
将微波照射与电镜细胞化学技术相结合确定雌激素受体在细胞内的位置。在样品的固定、包埋、聚合及孵育过程中,使用改进的微波照射技术,既提高了样品的制备质量,又将样品制备时间缩短到原来的1/3。
A sample preparation technique for estrogen receptor localization is described in which microwave irradiation is used. The technique produces an improvement in preparation quality of the sample during the fixation, embedding, polymerization, and incubation processes, and the time taken for the preparation is shortened.
