摘要 介绍了采用感耦等离子体原子发射光谱测定锰钴镍合金中Fe和Cu杂质元素的方法。实验了基体元素对分析元素的干扰情况,并计算出Mn对Fe的光谱干扰因子。经对模拟样品和实际样品分析表明方法可行。 A method for the determination of iron and copper impurities in the alloy is described. The interference of the matrix with the determination is studied. Nickel and cobalt do not interfere. Manganese does not produce interference on copper, but it interferes with the iron determination and the interfering factor of Mn on Fe is found to be 0. 000391. A method is devised in which the copper is determined directly and as for the determination of iron, allowance must be made for the line-overlapping interference.
