喀斯特地区生态红线划定研究——以正安县为例

Study on the Designation of ecological red line in Karst area——A case study of Zheng'an County

随着正安县的土壤侵蚀严重、石漠化形势的恶化、水环境污染加剧、耕地减少,农业面源污染日趋严重等严峻的生态问题的出现,对正安县的生态保护已经成为当务之急,生态红线划定工作已是重中之重。本文以正安县为例,分别从石漠化敏感性评估、水土流失敏感性评估、水源涵养功能、土壤保持功能、生物多样性保护功能和禁止开发区等方面进行分析划定了七大类保护红线,得出红线的区域面积1380.88平方公里,占正安县总面积的53.54%,给出了相应的保护建议。

With Zheng an county with serious soil erosion, the deterioration of the situation of rocky desertification, water environment pollution, reduction of cultivated land, agricultural non - point source pollution has become increasingly se- rious ecological problems, ecological protection of Zheng an county has become a top priority, ecological red line deline- ated work is heavy. In this paper, Zheng An County as an example, respectively, from the evaluation of sensitivity of rocky soil erosion sensitivity evaluation, the function of water conservation, soil conservation, biodiversity protection and prohibition development zone were analyzed, combined with the coordination among the various factors, the status of land use in 2010, designated seven kinds of protection of the red line, the red line area and an area of 1380.88 square kilo- meters. County area is accounted for the total area of Zheng An County 53.54 of percentage and gives the corresponding proposals for protection.
