摘要
为研究同步注浆压力作用下既有纵缝错台管片进一步错台量及其影响,以南京市某盾构隧道工程为例,选用四孔同步对称注浆压力为0.1~0.4MPa,采用ABAQUS软件建立非对称三维有限元模型,分别计算一环管片不同部位接缝既有错台的三种工况在同步注浆压力作用下进一步错台量,并与无既有纵缝错台管片错台量对比分析。结果表明:1)同步注浆压力作用下,受既有纵缝错台影响,各接缝进一步错台最大值为无既有错台管片的25倍;2)同步注浆压力作用下,一环管片不同部位发生既有纵缝错台,对该环管片其它接缝错台量影响不同;3)针对不同既有错台情况,可通过调节同步注浆各注浆孔注浆压力,防止该环管片各个接缝产生更大错台量,并降低既有错台管片接缝进一步错台量。
In order to study the effect of simultaneous longitudinal grouting on the misalignment and the influence of the grouting pressure. Taking a shield tunnel project in Nanjing as an example, four - hole simultaneous symmetry grouting pressure of 0.1 ~ 0.4MPa was used to build the asymmetric three - dimensional finite element model with ABAQUS software. And the difference of the number of misalignment between the two segments is calculated and compared with that of the existing one. The results show that; 1 ) The effect of simultaneous grouting pressure is affected by both the ver- tical and horizontal joints, and the maximum of the seams is 25 times of that of the non - ;2) Under the action of syn- chronous grouting pressure, the longitudinal stitching is different in different parts of one ring piece, and the influence on the other joints is different ;3 ) For different situations, the grouting pressure of each grouting hole can be adjusted by simultaneous grouting, so as to prevent the seams of the ring pipe from generating more stagger and reduce the joint The amount of wrong sets.
