摘要
我国游客投诉数量大,已经严重地影响了我国旅游业的声誉。该文分析了旅游投诉现状及其成因。努力满足游客日益增长的需求,完善旅游法规体系,加强旅游企业管理和导游队伍建设,是降低旅游投诉的重要途径。
A large number of complaints from tourists have seriously affected the reputation of the tourism industry in China. This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons. The important ways to reduce the complaints are to meet the growing needs of tourists, improve the tourism legal system, and strengthen the management of tourism enterprises and guide team construction.
