文化治理是习近平执政过程以及系列讲话中所体现出的一大特色。习近平在继承历代领导人治理思想和传统文化精华的基础上提出了一系列文化治理的主张和理论。文章从习近平的文化治理思想的产生背景出发,从其治理思想的内核、加强党的建设、推进依法治国三个角度来梳理习近平任总书记以来的执政举措,以及系列讲话中所蕴含的文化治理思想。

Cultural governance is one of the main characteristics embodied in Xi Jinping＇s administration process and a series of speech. He put forward a series of cultural governance ideas and theories based on inheriting the thoughts of past leaders and the essence of traditional culture. This article hackles the governing measures and culture management thought from the background of the governance thought and three angles of the core, strengthening the Party＇s building, and promoting the rule of law.
