摘要
随着市场对人才需求模式的转变,逐渐形成了以培养高层次应用型人才为办学目标的应用型本科院校,其办学定位的特殊性决定了它构建"双师型"师资队伍的特殊性。因此,必须明确"双师型"的内涵并在此基础上找出目前我国应用型本科院校在构建"双师型"师资队伍时面临和存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决对策。
As the change of talent demands, applied undergraduate colleges and universities gradually formed, which aim to cultivate high-level talents for the educational goals. The particularity of the orientation of running a school determines that it must construct a team of "double-quality Teachers". Therefore, the connotation of "double-quality teachers" must be clarified, the main problems must be found out, and solving countermeasures must be put forward.
