摘要
选用优质调味品是制作美味菜肴的基础和前提,烹饪制作任何美味菜肴都离不开调味品。现代调味品品种丰富、清洁卫生、使用方便,既能减少烹饪菜肴的时间和程序,又能够提高菜肴的口感。该文首先阐述了调味品在我国烹饪中的地位和作用,分析了现代调味品与烹饪菜肴的关系。现代调味品有助于推进我国烹饪朝着现代化、标准化方向发展,并且有助于烹饪的创新。
Selecting the high quality seasoning is the basis and premise of making delicious dishes. All delicious dishes must require the participation of seasoning in the process of cooking. Modern condiment is so rich, clean and sanitary, easy to use. It can save the cooking time and procedures, and can improve the taste. This paper describes the status and role of the condiment in the process of cooking in our country and then analyzes the relationship between modern seasoning and cooking. Modern spices can promote the cooking toward the direction of modernization, standardization and innovation in China.
