摘要
目的全面了解、分析云南省生产新标准碘盐后合格碘盐食用率低的情况和原因。方法在禄丰县、大理市随机抽取3个乡(镇),从每个乡(镇)随机抽取1个村,每个村入户抽取食盐20份;在景洪市抽取1个乡的6个碘盐销售点,每个点抽取盐样10份。对食盐品种、储存方式等进行调查,检测食盐中的碘含量。结果居民户合格碘盐食用率78.85%;销售点的碘盐合格率为100%。低钠盐的合格率高于海藻盐13.43个百分点;袋装储存方式的碘盐合格率高于罐装储存17.06个百分点。结论假盐制售,新产品海藻碘盐不够稳定,储存方式不当是导致居民户合格碘盐食用率低的主要原因。整顿盐业市场,密封干燥保存碘盐,提高碘盐监测质量,以保障人群稳定、充足的碘摄入量。
Objective To understand and analysis of the reasons for the low consumption rate of qualified iodized salt(IS) after the production of the new standard of iodine content in salt in Yunnan province. Methods In Lufeng and Dali County,three township (town) were randomly selected from each County,a village was randomly selected from each township (town), 20 households salt samples were selected in each village; in Jinghong City, selected six iodized salt sales shops in a township, 10 of salt samples were selected in each shop. The salt product categories,storage methods were investigated,then detect iodine content in salt. Results The consumption rate of qualified IS at household level was 78.85 %; the qualified rate of IS was 100% at the sales level. The qualified rate of Low sodium salt is 13.43 percentage points higher than the seaweed salt; The qualified rate of IS in bags is 17.06 percentage points higher than IS in cans. Conclusions The main reasons for the low consumption rate of IS at household level were the production and sale of fake salt and the new product algae salt is not stable enough,storage mode is improper. Reorganize the salt market, keep salt under seal in dry place,improve the monitoring quality of IS to ensure the iodine intake of populations stable and adequate.
