某高校高龄Ⅱ型糖尿病患者生存现状分析

Survival analysis of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus at advanced age

目的基于高龄老年人Ⅱ型糖尿病患病人群的病程、服药与生存状态探讨不同年龄患病者的生存状态与依赖条件。方法针对78岁以上糖尿病患者,通过问诊统计各患者的病程、并发症种类、服药状态,分析患病年龄与状态及服药治疗方案对生存的影响。结果高龄老年人Ⅱ型糖尿病患者大部分发病早,病程长。患心脑血管疾病并发症的比例高,其中高血压并发症比例达到90%以上,尽管病程10年以上的患者多都需要胰岛素治疗,但合适的药物治疗可以维持生存。结论对于糖尿病患者,无论是较年轻时患病,还是合并有心脑血管并发症,通过胰岛素治疗并结合良好的自我管理都可以延长生命。

Objective To study the living state and survival conditions of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus at the ad- vanced age based on the examination of their history of diseases, medication therapy conditions and survival state. Methods Based on the clinic inquiry among the type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus at the age elder than 78 for their history of disease and medication therapy conditions, the effect of the age to diabetes, complication and living habits was ex- amined. Results type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were diagnosed at early age with a long disease history and higher com- plication. Although all diabetes over 10 years need the therapy by Insulin,they are survived to a mean age over 85 years old by combining adequate medication therapy. Conclusions With the diabetes mellitus,weather they are diagnosed at young age or with cardio cerebral vascular disease complication,most of them can survive even over 85 years old by combining Insulin therapy with good self-management.
