品管圈对糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的影响

The effect of Quality Control Circles on the accuracy of self-monitoring of blood glucose for diabetes patients

目的探讨品管圈对糖尿病患者自我血糖监测准确率的影响。方法由10名成员组成品管圈小组,对活动前后糖尿病住院患者自我血糖监测的方法及影响原因进行分析,确定目标,制定并实施对策进行效果评价,结果通过采取上述措施,糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的准确率明显提高。结论品管圈的活动有效地提高了糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的准确率。

Objective Investigate the effect of Quality Control Circles on the accuracy of self-monitoring of blood glucose for diabetes patients. Methods The QCC group with ten members survey the blood glucose monitoring methods, analyses the influence factors, take minute inteventions, and evaluate the accuracy of self- monitoring of blood glucose before and affter the inteventions respectively. Results After interventions, the accuracy of self-monitoring of blood glucose for diabetes patients is improved. Gonclusion QCC can significently improve the accuracy of self-monitoring of blood glucose for diabetes patients.
