摘要
哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,在调节细胞生长、增殖、调控细胞周期等方面起重要作用。mTOR信号通路构成复杂,其中多个元素都与肿瘤的发生相关。目前已有4种mTOR抑制剂投入临床使用。通过对mTOR分子结构、功能及其信号通路的深入研究,可以为进一步了解细胞生命活动的规律,探索肿瘤的诊断治疗提供新的思路和方法。
mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a serine/threonine protein kinase, which is involved in the regulation of cell growth,proliferation and cell cycle regulation. The constitution of mTOR signaling pathway is complicated, wherein the plurality of elements are associated with tumorigenesis. Currently there have been four kinds of mTOR inhibitors used in clinical trials. Through the in-depth study of the mTOR molecular structure, function and signaling pathways, we may learn more about the law of cellular activities and find new ideas and approaches of the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
