电阻焊变压器小型化设计

摘要 分析了工频逆变电阻焊变压器和工频电阻焊变压器的各自优势,针对工频电阻焊变压器体积庞大问题,根据电阻焊变压器工作状态的特点提出通过大幅度提高磁感应强度的方法减小铁芯有效截面积,减少绕组匝数,进而减小变压器体积,实现可悬挂式手工操作焊钳。试验结果表明可以将磁感应强度提高40%,低负载率的电阻焊变压器可以满足要求。 The advantages of inverted power frequency resistance welding transformer and power frequency resistance welding transformer are analyzed individually in this paper. Aiming at the weakness that the power frequency resistance welding transformer has huge volume and weight, based on the special working condition of resistance welding transformer, this paper presents the method of substantially increasing the magnetic induction intensity, to reduce the effective sectional area of iron core, as well as the amount of winding, consequently to reduce the volume of transformer, achieving the manually operated suspension welding plier. The results of the experiments suggest that the magnetic induction intensity could be increased as high as over 40% , the duty cycle resistance welding transformer is able to meet the requirements.
