摘要
在脉冲进料和连续稳定进料两种条件下,对乙苯共沸换热器内,乙苯和水在竖直管内的流动混合状况进行了冷模实验研究。采用Fluent6.3软件对油水两相在垂直管内的流动混合过程进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实验现象进行了对比分析。实验结果表明管内两相流动过程中分层现象比较严重,换热器结构有待改进。对于管内下部的流动情况,编写UDF程序模拟脉冲进料,欧拉模型的模拟结果与实验现象较为接近。
To study the Ethylbenzene and water hybrid flow in a vertical tube of the ethyl benzene azeotropic heat exchanger, experiments were carried out in two conditions of pulse feeding and continuous stable feed. The oil-water two-phase flow in vertical tube mixing process were simulated with the Fluent6.3 software. The simulation results and experimental phenomenon were analyzed in comparison. The experimental results showed that the two-phase flow stratified very seriously and the structure of heat exchanger had to be improved. For the flow in the lower part of the tube, a UDF program of pulse feed was written, Euler model simulation result is close to the experimental phenomenon.
