我国法庭科学标准适用性评价分析

Analysis on Applicability Evaluation of China Forensic Science Standards

本文对我国现有法庭科学技术标准的适用性进行了统计分析,提出了我国法庭科学技术标准适用性评价的指标体系。分析指出了我国法庭科学标准制修订工作中存在的主要问题及产生的原因,对进一步提高我国法庭科学标准适用性水平的对策和措施提出了建议。本文的研究成果可为加快法庭科学标准清理整顿提供决策支持,为构建我国法庭科学标准体系,推动和促进体系结构的调整和优化奠定理论基础。

The applicability of China forensic science standards was statistically analyzed in this paper. Indicator system of applicability evaluation has been put forward for forensic science standards. The major problems and reasons were discussed during the stipulation ＆ revision of forensic science standards, thereby rendering the corresponding countermeasures proposed for elevating the level of standard applicability of forensic science in our country. The suggestions and conclusions achieved in this paper could provide support for decision-making on quickening the clearing-up and rectification of forensic science standards so that a strong theory foundation may be laid for novel China forensic science standard system to be further constructed, modified and optimized.
