摘要
利用微观仿真光刻玻璃模型进行了驱油实验,利用图像采集系统将驱替过程的图像转化为计算机的数值信号,然后采用图像分析技术对表面活性剂\聚合物泡沫复合驱的微观驱油机理进行了研究,直观的观察了泡沫复合驱过程中泡沫的生成与消灭以及泡沫驱油过程。实验结果表明,泡沫的形成主要有三种形式:在入口端发生的分离作用、在孔隙和喉道间发生的缩变作用、在孔隙中发生的挤压作用;泡沫破灭主要的形式是泡沫对油滴的挤压作用,使得两个气泡合并成一个气泡。
Oil displacement experiment was carried out by using microscopic artificial lithographic glass model.Image of oil displacement process was transformed into numerical signals by image collection system.And microscopic oil displacement mechanism of surfactant/foam flooding was studied by using image analysis technology by which foam’s creation and disappearance and process of foam displacing oil were observed visually.The results are that there are three formats to form foam which are separation at inlet,shrinkage and distortion in pores and throats,and extrusion in pores;format of foam disappearance is that foam extrudes oil droplets making two bubbles merging into one bubble.
