摘要 为了在短期内获得最大的经济效益,降低政治风险,苏丹6区F油田采用了稠油有限携砂冷采的开采方式,进行了有限携砂冷采的数值模拟研究。模拟采用三维三相耦合油藏地质力学模型模拟地层出砂的渗流情况,采用网络模型来描述蚯蚓洞的生长。在此基础上研究并形成了适合于Fula油田特点的稠油有限携砂冷采工艺技术:采用割缝筛管完井形成天然砾石充填达到防大放小有限出砂的目的;螺杆泵采油诱导地层出砂形成蚯蚓洞网络提高地层渗透率。研究成果在苏丹6区现场应用取得了良好的经济效益,20口油井平均产量从抽油井的25t/d,提高到85 t/d,全年产油35万吨,增产原油24.5万吨。 In order to maximize economy and minimize political risk,F Oilfield,located in Sudan 6 block,has the production way of cold heavy oil production with limited sand influx(CHOP with limited sand).Numerical simulating study for F oilfield was carried out,in which a three-dimensional three-phase black-oil model coupled with a geomechanics model is used,and network model is used to describe wormhole propagation.Production prediction shows that 15% sand control degree is selected.According to the result,an integrated technology of CHOP with limited sand was formed,including: screen liner completion resulting in natural gravel pack to get limited sand influx,PCP production inducing sanding to form wormhole network increasing permeability near wellbore.An obvious result was got in application.20 wells increased to 85t/d from 25 t/d before CHOPS,got incremental oil of 24.5X104t/d for a year.
