摘要
为了降低矿井粉尘浓度,采用煤层注水这一从源头上控制煤尘产生的方法,可以保证煤矿安全生产和职工健康。通过分析煤层注水防尘机理与影响水在煤层中渗透的因素,建立了非饱和-饱和二维非稳定渗流的煤层长孔注水湿润问题的动态数学模型,用有限元数值解法求解。确定了长沟峪煤矿-140 m水平北一石门两翼4槽工作面煤层长孔注水的方式与注水参数。为长沟峪煤矿减小粉尘危害探索出了新的途径和方法,从而能有效的降低工作面煤尘浓度,改善工作面作业环境。
In order to decreasity the dense of coal dust the method of water injection into coal seam was is used which controlled coal dust producing form sourcing ensured safet production and workers' health.This essay analyzes the principles of water injection into coal seam and the effect of permeability factor of water in coal seam,a dynamic mathematical model of a coal seam damped by long hole water infusion was established to solve problems of coal seams with a non-saturated and saturated 2D unstable vadose.The finite-element method was applied to solve the problems.The reliable foundations ware determined for defining the suitable way and right parameter of water injection in-140m the coal seam of Changgouyu Mine.All above have provided a new,method of dust control for Changgouuu Mine to decrease the densitg of coal dust in work face and improve production environment of work face.
